You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in safe and working order before it is rented out to customers. You will also work closely with our rental team to prioritize equipment maintenance and repair needs.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification or experience as a mechanic, with a focus on heavy equipment
Experience working in a rental facility or similar environment
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and gas engines, and other heavy equipment components
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
