Position: Entry-Level Construction Estimator
Location: Molalla, OR
Pay: $26-$36 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time, M-F 8AM-5PM

What You’ll Do:
- Assisting in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for bids and proposals
- Analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documents
- Utilizing estimating software and tools effectively
- Maintaining documentation and records related to estimates.
- Visiting sites with owner to learn their estimating process.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with construction procedures from either a labor or administrative capacity.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with construction estimating software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
- Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
