WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Perform a wide range of electrical services, including installation, repair, maintenance, and system inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring safe and effective repairs.
  • Receive job assignments from dispatchers and communicate effectively to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and timelines.
  • Interact professionally with customers, addressing their electrical concerns, explaining services, and providing accurate cost estimates.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Provide detailed reports to supervisors and dispatchers.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that electrical tools and materials are properly maintained and stocked.
  • Be available for on-call duties to handle emergency electrical issues outside of regular business hours.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members, dispatchers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience, preferably in a dispatch or service-based role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training.
  • Valid electrician license and certifications as required by local or state regulations.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
