Eastern Sales Manager (for furniture sales management)
Location:  Algona, WA
Pay:  $80K - $130K per year.
Schedule: Full Time

We have been in business for over 50 years. We maintain a national reputation as one of the premier providers of solid wood home furniture. Our Ecommerce division is growing rapidly and planning to increase its competitive edge in the marketplace.

What You’ll Do:
  • Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales revenue goals and margin in Eastern U.S. and Canadian sales territories.
  • Travel to the Eastern U.S. and Canada at least once per month to meet with designated accounts and sales representatives. Attend, organize and lead both Spring and Autumn High Point shows and possibly two High Point pre-markets.
  • Provide sales materials and implement programs to increase sales and implement sales goals for independent contract sales representative force for all Eastern and Canadian Territories. Coordinate with Western Sales Manager and E-Comm manager on sales promotions.
  • Personally manage in entirety major accounts in Eastern U.S. and Canada.
  • Report sales and profitability metrics based on current cadence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school, or equivalent work experience and four years of equivalent work experience related to sales management.
  • Current knowledge of PC – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and ERP computer system proficiency.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Proven use of strong analytical, training and negotiating skills.
  • Must possess the ability to create a sense of urgency and work well under pressure.
  • Must live in Western WA or NC
  • Ability to travel to customer’s and outside trade shows in the U.S. and Canada 30% of the time.
