Change Agent - Process Analyst

Your responsibilities

Looking qualified individuals to assist in full time, in supporting SAP Implementation Program

The Change Management Analyst will develop collaborative relationships with teams across the organization to deploy SAP System. This individual will embody the passion and desire to influence and drive change in the business operations by helping team members quickly and effectively navigate from current state to future state of SAP Systems

 

Key  Accountability
  • Manage change initiatives to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives
  • Must be able to work on a wide range of project initiatives including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades, process redesign and improvement, organizational change, individual and team performance improvement and effectiveness
  • Adhere to and evolve a standard practice for change management and deployment to support program immediate and future goals
  • Support creation, management, and execution of Change Management Plans and Programs
  • Support assessment of change impacts (including impact analysis, stakeholder assessment, and change readiness) as well as creating communications, training programs, and knowledge management materials
  • Support developing metrics dashboards to provide leadership and end-users with meaningful performance proficiency, and adoption metrics and status reports
  • Cultivating relationships with primary customers and stakeholders; appropriately managing stakeholder expectations and buy-in
  • Partnering with program team to apply OCM strategy and best practices to help create messaging and delivery across various stakeholder and end user groups
  • Conducting a fit-gap analysis (process and solution) and end user readiness assessment of current state compared to planned future state
  • Identifying and raising issues and risks created by cross-team decisions and proposing resolution by working with program team
  • Identifying improvement opportunities as part of our continual process improvement efforts and helping to develop ways to influence change and increase adoption
  • Responsible for training documentation which will be required to educate and train employees due to a change in process or operations
  • Be prompt and able to attend meetings, workshops or other events the Project Schedule dictates in the location planned
  • Be able to act in a professional manner and as a capable Project Team member in front of customers, vendors, and consulting firms
  • Review daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and if necessary, identify/take appropriate corrective action to ensure performance trends are aligned with project goals
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring safety practices are followed. cleanliness standards are maintained, and information security practices are strictly adhered to
  • Communicate and work with your current Manager/Supervisor as to completing Job tasks, activities, quality and performance expectations
  • Communicate and work with your current Manager/Supervisor to off-load the appropriate work so as to meet the time and quality commitment of the Project
  • Maintain the expectations of your current job

Minimum Requirements
  • You' ll have excellent problem solving/management skills
  • Must be able to work on a wide range of project initiatives including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades, process redesign and improvement, organizational change, individual and team performance improvement and effectiveness
  • Experience managing multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • You' ll be a strong team player and be able to work independently when required representing the team in a professional manner, open and honest and keen to provide constructive feedback
  • Significant experience and understanding of the Core area of responsibility
  • Be prompt in attending meetings, workshops, or other events per the project schedule
  • Ability to travel to Bellevue, among other local locations, and meet the project schedule
  • Highly proficient in communications and writing skills
  • Highly proficiency using the computer, especially with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to act in a professional manner and as a project team member
  • Able to manage conflicts
  • Awareness and commitment to communicate the appropriate information to the appropriate parties in the appropriate manner
  • Familiar with SAP application and functionality
