Job Description
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $19-21.50/hr.
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-4:30 with OT Periodically

Our client is a fast-paced e-commerce and subscription box fulfillment company dedicated to delivering high-quality service, accuracy, and reliability for their customers. Their team works together to ensure every order is packed and shipped with care while maintaining a positive and efficient warehouse environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce and subscription box orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow daily fulfillment schedules and production priorities
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to verify and process inventory
- Label and prepare shipments using shipping software and warehouse equipment
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
- Communicate with Leads and team members to ensure orders are completed on time
- Report damaged products, shortages, or quality concerns promptly

What You Need to Have:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, packing, or production experience is a plus
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Musts:
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred:
- Experience using RF scanners or WMS systems
- Previous e-commerce or subscription fulfillment experience
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
