Job Description
Our company is a growing and innovative company selling high-quality, all-natural health supplements. We seek an experienced E-Commerce Store Administrator to help spearhead our campaigns and online marketing efforts. You will set specific objectives to develop cohesive and profitable marketing strategies for our company across multiple platforms.
Our E-Commerce Administrator position involves various tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns, performing research, and analyzing marketing reports. If you are a creative, goal-oriented professional, we want you to join our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including set-up, data monitoring, scheduling, testing, and deployment
- Set specific goals for marketing efforts
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Perform keyword research and analysis on Google and Amazon
- Assist in the management of company Online Seller accounts, including optimizing product listings and advertising campaigns
- Flexibility and desire to learn
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships/team player
- Ability to think strategically
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Effective budget management skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Strategist or Marketing Manager
Experience
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Google Analytics and Google Ads

- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Perform keyword research and analysis on Google and Amazon
- Assist in the management of company Online Seller accounts, including optimizing product listings and advertising campaigns
- Continually develop new ideas for testing and execute those tests.
- Responsible for making updates and changes to our Shopify website
- Support other online initiatives like SEO, SEM, web metrics, and web content development.
- Must have essential experience with managing email marketing campaigns
- Manage product returns, exchange, and customer feedback, and assist with order fulfillment as needed.
- Customer support (answering phone calls, reply to emails, online chat as needed) helps the customer navigate our website, managing customer's subscription acc.
- Ability to work independently and without direct day-to-day supervision
- Flexibility and desire to learn

Experience

- Shopify: 2 years min.
- Fluency in Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Understanding of web design (PHP, Javascript, HTML, & CSS)
- Digital copywriting experience
- Experience with e-commerce: 3 years (Preferred)
- Ability to interpret and apply brand standards to online marketing initiatives
