Location:
Salem. OR
Pay:
$75,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Full-time, On-site

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the structural design process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Tekla Structures to draft and manage design projects.
- Collaborate with detailers, engineers, and team members to execute designs effectively.
- Create technical documents and reports using Bluebeam for clear communication among teams.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all details are meticulously executed.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in design and build processes.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
- Communicate with outside detailers to align project needs and expectations.

What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience in structural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong preference for Tekla Structures experience
- Strong management, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage both internal projects and outsource detailing work
The Musts:
- On-site presence required—this is not a remote position
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute projects from conception through execution
Preferred:
- Familiarity with system design principles and best practices
- Experience in graphic design, enhancing the visual presentation of technical documents
- Experience with Bluebeam for technical documentation
