WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans to support architectural and construction projects.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to translate design concepts into accurate technical documentation.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce 2D and 3D models.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for permitting and construction.
- Conduct revisions and updates to drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs align with client expectations and project goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with architectural and construction terminology and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards is a plus.
