City: Puyallup, WA
WHO THEY ARE:
A local, independently owned general contractor company is looking for an administrative assistant to join their growing team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an Dispatcher, you will be the bridge between residential customers and technicians. As the first point of contact for clients, you will need to have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to take detailed notes and create work orders for technicians being dispatched to job sites.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Previous dispatching experience preffered
- Someone near the Puyallup area preffered
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Calendar Management
- Experience in construction is a plus
