Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (most recruiters earn $80K+ annually, top performers exceed six figures)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop relationships with business leaders across Anchorage and Alaska
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct outbound calls and meetings to identify hiring needs and secure new client partnerships.
- Source and recruit top talent using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct professional candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and career goals
- Present qualified candidates to clients and guide both parties through the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and help close successful placements
- Build long term relationships with clients and candidates that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Track activity and pipeline growth to ensure consistent business development and placement success
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 3 years of sales, recruiting, business development, or client facing experience
- Confidence making outbound calls and building new relationships
- Competitive drive and resilience in a performance based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized
- A motivated mindset and desire to build a successful career in recruiting and sales

Hi! I am a lifelong Alaskan of 31 years and enjoy spending time with my little family of three. Like most Alaskan’s we like spending time outside going for walks, camping, or just spending a warm day at the lake. Working with Opti for the past almost 7 years has been amazing. I started my career with Opti as an Executive Recruiter specializing in permanent staffing at mid, upper, and executive levels. I loved that I had such an impact on candidates' lives and the Anchorage community. Since then, I have moved into a leadership role and can say it is equally rewarding.
