Opening: Device Admin Assistant
Location: Anchorage, AK

Opti Staffing Group is proud to partner with a leading cardiology practice in Anchorage, AK, seeking a detail-oriented Cardiac Device Admin Assistant. This role provides vital support to the Electrophysiology Department and offers a dynamic opportunity to work in a specialized medical field.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist with inventory tracking and patient device management.
- Update and maintain device schedules and databases.
- Coordinate off-campus pacemaker, defibrillator, and loop recorder clinics.
- Provide patient and family education while maintaining patient flow.
- Maintain and review patient records and assist with clinical tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, including 1 year in a cardiac-related clinical setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a clinical environment.
