OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening: Dental Receptionist
City: Federal Way
WHO THEY ARE:
Federal Way based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, veneers and more.
We also perform emergency dentist services that include bonding, root canals, crowns, and bridges. As a local dentist, we create lifelong relationships with our patients and their families and work to ensure that they receive treatments in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Welcome patients upon their arrival at the dental office. Coordinate appointment scheduling for patients. Manage and update patient accounts and records. Generate and dispatch patient invoices. Process and submit patient insurance claims. Provide support to patients in completing necessary intake and medical documentation.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$22.00/HR
Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Off every other Thursday; Work 1 Saturday per month
Part time or full time available
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
2-3 years Dental front office/receptionist experience
Eagle Soft experience
Positive Attitude
Eager to learn
