Job Description
Position: Bilingual Care Advocate
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 7:30AM – 6:00PM, and Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30AM - 4:00PM

What You’ll Do:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

Verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments

Process payments, handle collections, and post charges accurately

Maintain patient records and update information in the Dentrix
-
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and operations

What You Need to Have:

Previous dental, medical, or front desk reception experience required

Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Empathy and a genuine interest in helping people

Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Bilingual
Preferred:

Experience with dental insurance verification and billing

Knowledge of EHR or dental practice management software
