This role is ideal for a professional dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare and patient education in a welcoming and professional environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform routine cleanings and periodontal maintenance to ensure optimal oral health for patients.
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and identify potential dental issues.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
- Take and process dental X-rays as needed.
- Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work enviro
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Alaska.
- Proven experience in a dental hygienist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient care and education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with dental software and technology is a plus.
