WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining an organized and efficient calendar.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle insurance verifications and process payments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction.
