Opening: Dental Assistant
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25+ DOE

Opti Staffing Group is proud to partner with a leading dental office in Anchorage, AK, in its search for a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team, providing top-tier dental care to the community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficient workflow.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Take and process X-rays as directed by the dentist.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as needed.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a dental assisting role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and professionalism.
