As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our plants reach our clients safely and on time, while also being the face of our company during deliveries.
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to operate our box trucks for plant deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely delivery of our plants to clients' locations, maintaining the company's professional image during interactions with clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Safe Operation of Box Truck:
- Operate a box truck to transport plants to various client locations.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of plants, securing them properly for transport.

Timely Deliveries:
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
- Deliver plants to clients' locations in a timely manner.

Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients during deliveries.
- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor, representing the company positively.

Quality Control:
- Conduct visual inspections of plants before delivery to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report any damaged or unsatisfactory plants to the appropriate personnel.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery receipts and invoices.
- Collect payments when necessary and follow company procedures for payment processing.

Additional:
*Be hands on helping to unload and load product and provide assistance when needed around the greenhouse.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to lift and move heavy plant containers as needed.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No accidents
5:00 AM up to 3:30PM
Can work up to 12 hour days
Starting hourly: $21.00
