Job Title: Deburr/Parts Cleaning Technician
Location: Wilsonville, OR
Pay: $20-25 DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
As a Deburring Technician, you will be responsible for performing deburring and cleaning on parts within quality guidelines, ensuring company and customer requirements are met. You will also contribute to the cleanliness of the shop and take on additional duties as needed.

What You’ll Do:
As a Deburring Technician, you will be responsible for performing deburring and cleaning on parts within quality guidelines, ensuring company and customer requirements are met. You will also contribute to the cleanliness of the shop and take on additional duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deburring duties, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Set up jobs by selecting parts, reviewing prints, schematics, work instructions, and gathering necessary tools.
- Execute daily finishing and deburring tasks using hand tools and machinery.
- Correctly use power and hand tools to complete tasks.
- Clean parts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate recommendations for process improvements.
- Complete inspection forms and any related documentation.
- Perform additional duties as required.

What You Need to Have:
- 1-3 years of practical experience in a production environment or the desire for a career move!
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks for a long period of time.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Proficient in using computers and related software in a business environment.
The Musts:
- Ability to use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Good communication skills for suggesting process improvements and discussing job requirements.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in deburring or manufacturing settings.
- Knowledge of parts cleaning processes and machinery.
