What You’ ll Do:
Perform assembly tasks following quality guidelines to meet company and customer requirements. Responsibilities include job setup (gathering parts, schematics, and tools), daily finishing and deburring with hand and power tools, packaging units for shipment, and operating the parts cleaning line. Additional duties involve completing inspection forms, providing process improvement recommendations, and handling related tasks as assigned.

What You Need to Have:
Seeking 1-3 years of production experience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency. Candidates should work independently with minimal supervision, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and maintain high attention to detail for accuracy and quality. Proficiency with computers in a business setting is required.
