They are seeking a dependable Day Porter to join their facilities team and help ensure properties remain in top condition throughout the day.

We’re partnering with a well-established residential and commercial property management company in Anchorage that takes pride in providing safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for tenants and clients. They are seeking a dependable Day Porter to join their facilities team and help ensure properties remain in top condition throughout the day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Perform light janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Restock supplies in restrooms and shared areas as needed
- Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Provide support to building staff and tenants with general facility needs
- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
