WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Data Analyst Coordinator, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful reports, charts, and pivot tables to support decision-making. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily activities while tracking project deadlines. You'll analyze large data sets and communicate findings clearly and concisely, often supporting customer needs with accuracy and professionalism. A willingness to learn and explore new technologies is essential, along with the ability to build positive working relationships with team members and field crews. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety procedures are key to succeeding in this role.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Competitive Pay $26-$32/hr DOE
Flexible schedule M-F (6:30am-3pm OR 7am-3:30pm)

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working as a data analyst or in a related field, with strong proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and pivot tables. Experience with implementing database platforms is a plus, along with the ability to navigate server directories and work confidently with computers. Ideal applicants will be professional in their communication, whether by email, phone, or in person, and bring a motivated, adaptable mindset to the role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as being organized and detail-oriented. A background in construction or utilities is helpful, and candidates should have a positive attitude, be self-driven, and capable of working independently.
