Opening: Customer Service/ Sales
City: University Place

We currently have an opening for a self-motivated and energetic individual to offer exceptional sales support to our sales team. This role encompasses customer support and entry-level sales within our organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Interact with customers to enhance business relationships. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions as a dependable source. Conduct basic troubleshooting and upkeep of equipment at customer locations. Recognize sales process opportunities and hurdles. Communicate sales insights to Account Managers. Participate in developing and implementing strategic sales plans for growth. Assist with daily warehouse operations tasks.

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Readiness to learn and apply sales strategies effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). Efficient navigation of various devices like PCs, tablets, smartphones, emails, and texts. Consistent punctuality and maintaining a professional appearance. Capability to regularly lift and handle boxes weighing between 15 to 40 lbs. throughout the workday.
