Customer Service/Operations Representative

Responsibilities: An Entry Level CSR is responsible for the consistent and timely upkeep of account milestones as well as multiple clerical duties. The CSR serves as a customer advocate and must possess good customer service skills.
  • Track and trace to ensure all shipping details are up-to-date.
  • Monitor and update transportation status to clients.
  • Dispatching to drivers and vendors
  • Routing freight, air, ground, ocean
  • Data entry, entering in Bol’ s
  • Quoting customers
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and shipping problems (i.e., delayed, missing, or damaged freight, etc.) 
  • Working with various SOP’ s in the shipping and quoting process.
  • Work within Excel, Word, Outlook and internal  system
  • Account management

Requirements: 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced office. 
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required. 
  • Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude. 
  • Must be self-motivated. 
  • Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications. 
  • Starting compensation $15.00/hr.  We offer Medical/Dental benefits, matching 401(k) and casual dress environment.
