OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening: Customer Service Representative
Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay: $18-20/hr DOE!
Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday; staggering times between 6:30am-5pm
Who We Are:
Local Courier company is looking for an upbeat Customer Service Rep Rock Star to join their fast-paced Tualatin office!
What You’ll Do:
As a member of the Customer Service Rep team, you will be assisting customers, both online and on the phone, with their accounts and questions. You will be placing orders, doing extensive data entry, providing help with invoices, trouble-shooting and more.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
Ability to talk and type at the same time
Type 35 words per minute with 100% accuracy (there will be a typing test!)
Outstanding customer service!
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Out-going and upbeat!
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Dependability – you must be punctual and reliable
Grace under pressure – this is a busy, fast-paced job
Must be animal friendly – dogs in office (don’t worry, they’re friendly!)
