Opening: Customer Service Representative
Location: NW Portland, OR
Pay: $23-28/hr DOE!
Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Who We Are:
A well-established local commercial printing company in NW Portland is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced and collaborative office environment. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
You will support customers, vendors, and team members through various communication channels, process orders by analyzing data, and maintain organized records. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively within a communicative team environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer service excellence, tech confidence, and creative problem-solving under pressure.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
- Assisting customers, vendors, and coworkers via phone, email, and messaging
- Analyzing data from various sources to process customer orders
- Maintaining accurate and organized records
- Collaborating with a supportive and communicative team while also working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A sharp eye for detail (you catch things others might miss)
- A natural at providing excellent customer service
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- A creative problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
