Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Handle a high volume of phone calls, assisting customers with scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.
- Work directly with customers and insurance companies to facilitate repair processes and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times.
- Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and managing customer files.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have strong phone etiquette and experience handling heavy call volume.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and customer management systems.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, especially in the auto industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
