Local Courier company is looking for an upbeat Customer Service Rep, ROCK STAR to join their fast-paced Tualatin office! This is a locally owned and operated company that has mastered the family feel environment. The first thing that greets you when walking in the door is a beautiful, playful, 2 yr old golden retriever, named Bailey! This company values their employee's more than most! If you love to work hard and enjoy a family feel environment, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do
As a member of the Customer Service Rep team, you will be assisting customers, both online and on the phone, with their accounts and questions. You will be placing orders, doing extensive data entry, providing help with invoices, trouble-shooting and more.

Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm (but this can be flexible)!

Out-going and upbeat!
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Dependability – you must be punctual and reliable
Grace under pressure – this is a busy, fast-paced job
Must be animal friendly – dogs in office (don’t worry, they’re friendly!)
