Customer Service Rep

Job Description
Job Duties Include but are not completely limited to:
- Detail oriented data entry for order placement and tracking.
- Email correspondence business to business in a professional setting.
- Respond to requests for parts information and pricing for existing customers and retail customers/end users.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service as part of complete team taking care of the company’s large customer base.
- Wide utilization of multiline internet based phone system, incoming and outgoing call duties.
- Recommending parts and products for business customers, retail customers and end user calls.
- Administrative tasks for the Sales Team and the National Sales Manager.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with our customers throughout the day and during busy times and challenges.
- Enjoy a close knit company atmosphere, where each department and role supports the others.
- 1-3 years Customer Service Experience.
- Basic knowledge or aptitude for automobile products.
- Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Software, Internet, Excel and learning a new operating system easily and with care.
- Positive Attitude and Enjoy Working around Others, but have a successful history of self-motivation.
- Individual takes pride in what they do and leaves no stone unturned when problem solving.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License & Insurance
- Be able to pass a Drug & Background Screen.
- Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Schedule.
- Paid Vacations and Holidays after probationary period of 3 months.
- Medical Premium Split Kaiser Perm., Dental and Vision Paid. FSA/HSA Available.
