WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answer high volumes of incoming calls and provide accurate information to members regarding benefits programs.
- Assist members with inquiries about eligibility, claims, and account updates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions and transactions in the system.
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues as needed.
- Utilize multiple computer systems and tools to access and update member information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service skills with experience handling high call volumes.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent member service.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
