Location: Sherwood, Oregon
Compensation: $20/hr.Â
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm

What You'll Do:
This position combines customer service and flooring delivery responsibilities, including order pulling, tallying, assisting customers, cashier duties, inventory management, and forklift operation. Deliveries will be made using a Class C vehicle.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

General Skills: Basic grading and species identification, proper equipment operation (hand banding machine, banding chopper, forklift), order processing, and safety practices.

Order Puller/Processor: Includes forklift operation, species identification, lumber handling, sorting, quality control, inventory management (using EPICOR and Excel), and communication with the sales team.

Delivery and Pickup: Conducts vehicle inspections, performs minor maintenance, and transports products within the Portland Metro area, Oregon Coast, and SW Washington, requiring the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Customer Service: Assists customers with their needs, handles transactions, stages and loads products, and ensures a smooth customer experience.
