Opening: Customer Service Dispatcher  Â
City: SWÂ Tigard, OR
Pay:Â $21-25/hr. DOE
Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm

Who We Are:
A locally owned HVAC contractor in the Tigard area, specializing in residential service and replacements is looking for a Customer Service Dispatcher to join their team!
What You’ll Do:
Duties will include, but not be limited to: answer phones; customer service; scheduling; dispatch; ordering parts; processing RMAs (return merchandise authorization); data entry; other duties as assigned.
What’s In It for You:
Base pay of $21-25/hr DOE!
Medical/Dental/Vision benefits paid by company!
Roth IRA
PTO!
What You Need to Have:
2-3 years’ Customer Service experience
Dispatch/Scheduling experience helpful but not required
Familiarity with MS Office
Experience with Service Titan scheduling software helpful but not required.
Punctual and reliable
Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong multi-tasking abilities
