Opening: Customer Service/ Admin
City: Tigard, OR
Pay: $20-24/hr. Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Our client is a well-known and highly rated door and window supplier/ installer in Tigard, just north of Bridgeport Village. They are looking for an outgoing and proactive individual to join their team as a customer service/ office admin!

What You’ll Do:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests.
- Proactively follow up on warm leads.
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments.
- Collaborate with management to facilitate job scheduling.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
- Perform scanning and filing tasks.

What You Need to Have:

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills
