We are partnering with a busy, team driven company in Palmer that values reliability, communication, and strong work ethic. This is a steady, full time opportunity in a professional office setting where you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Be the friendly voice customers and clients connect with daily
- Handle account follow up and assist with collections in a professional manner
- Communicate directly with insurance companies regarding billing and accounts
- Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to document and track information
- Work closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service and communication skills are a must
- Comfortable working in an office setting full time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Collections or accounting experience is a plus, but not required
- Entry level candidates with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
- Must live in the Palmer or Valley area or be willing to commute daily, regardless of weather
