We are seeking a dependable and customer focused Counter Sales Representative to support daily sales operations and assist customers in person. This role is responsible for providing product guidance, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast paced environment.

We are seeking a dependable and customer focused Counter Sales Representative to support daily sales operations and assist customers in person. This role is responsible for providing product guidance, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product selection and general inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using point of sale systems
- Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare quotes and assist with order entry and order processing
- Coordinate with warehouse or yard staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain organized and stocked counter and showroom areas
- Handle customer questions, returns, and basic issue resolution
- Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and cycle counts as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, detail oriented, and team focused
- Willingness to learn products and industry knowledge
- Combination of indoor sales counter and warehouse or yard environment
- May require standing for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of materials as needed
