WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents.
- Manage inventory and food supplies.
- Create menus within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special meal requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to create menus and manage inventory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pass a criminal background check.
