Direct Hire Position: Controller
Location: NW PDX
Pay: $100k - $130K DOE

What You’ll Do:
As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Preparing and managing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyzing profitability reports and providing financial guidance to leadership.
- Working with external auditors for financial statement reviews.
- Supervising biannual physical inventory audits.
- Managing 401(k) plan audits and tax filings.
- Overseeing general ledger account reconciliations and accounts payable.
- Leadership opportunity in a strategic financial role.

The Musts:
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industry financial roles.
- At least 5 years as a Controller or in higher financial management.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Intermediate skills in Excel (pivot tables a plus) and Word.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- At least 2 years in a public accounting firm.
- CPA certification.
