5+ years experience in increased responsibility and supervision of Accounting Departments. Controller experience a plus.
5+ years Experience in Manufacturing of Mechanical Equipment or assemblies doing cost accounting and ERP processing.
3 + years Experience in ERP or MRP systems and implementation of such systems. Syspro is our system.

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Report GAAP compliant financial results to Management, Financial Institutions, and the Board of Directors in a timely manner.
- Mentor, coach, motivate, train, and supervise accounting staff.
- Prepare General Ledger, reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements for Financial Institutions, President, and Board of Directors.
- Use our ERP system (Syspro) for data input, reporting and management.
- Strategic planning and review of financial requirements for international and domestic customer requests. ILC and Stand by letter of credit experience a plus.
- Forecast and budgeting. Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Prepare work for external CPA of annual review of financials.
