WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Contributions Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate reporting and processing of employer contributions for trust fund participants. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy in financial and data management. You’ll serve as the link between employers, payroll departments, and trust operations — helping to keep everything running smoothly and in compliance.
- Review, reconcile, and process monthly employer contribution reports
- Communicate with employers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate participant records, verifying hours and eligibility information
- Assist in preparing reports, audits, and contribution summaries
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate posting and processing of payments
- Provide excellent customer service to employers and members regarding contribution questions and updates
- Support ongoing process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, benefits administration, or related field
- Strong math, analytical, and data-entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to interpret and apply contribution policies and guidelines
- Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
