Opening: Contributions Representative
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $21.00 per hour to start

Opti Staffing is partnering with a reputable company in Anchorage that specializes in managing employee benefits programs. They are seeking a Contributions Representative to join their team. This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with potential for long-term employment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Process and manage employee contributions for various benefit programs.
- Maintain accurate records of contributions and ensure compliance with plan guidelines.
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefit contributions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless administration of benefit plans.
- Prepare reports on contribution levels and participate in audits as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience in benefits administration or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
