Opening: Contract Administrative Assistant

Since our establishment in 1976 by activists fighting against redlining, we’ve grown to own nearly 50 apartment buildings across Seattle and White Center, providing safe homes for over 2,000 residents and earning numerous awards for our work. Our commitment to community building has allowed us to develop strong relationships with local organizations, artists, and businesses, and we continue to enhance our offerings to benefit both our residents and the neighborhoods we serve.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a temporary administrative assistant for a property management company, you'll support the property manager with daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. You may also assist with preparing lease agreements, updating tenant records, and coordinating maintenance requests. Strong organizational and communication skills will help you stay on top of tasks and ensure smooth operations during your time in the role.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Monday through Friday 8-4:30 or 8:30-5
- Pay: $26-$32/hr DOE
- Close access to public transit.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications and tech-savvy
- Strong communication and punctuality is required to be successful in this role.
