Opening: Contract - Administrative Assistant
City: Seattle, WA (Capitol Hill)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In this role you will closely support the HR department with general administrative tasks. This role includes filing, answering phones, greeting visitors, mail sorting, and organizing files across departments. Will assist HR in screening and onboarding candidates. Will support events across departments, schedule meetings, and perform minor data entry. Other duties as assigned.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
-$24-$26/hr
-Monday - Friday 8am-5pm OR 9am-6pm
Medical / Dental / Vision options
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
-1-3 + administrative experience
-Experience with Word / Excel / Outlook
-Property management industry experience (preferred NOT required)
-Experience with multi-line phone systems
