Job Description
Job Title: Construction Scheduler
Location: Wilsonville, OR
Pay: $22-24 hr. DOE
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain construction schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Manage communication channels, including answering phones, emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Organize workflow by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Provide quick responses to construction issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Update and maintain electronic filing systems and enter daily data updates on project progress.
- Generate reports and schedules using software tools.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and lead weekly construction meetings.
- Perform office duties such as filing, mailing, and scanning.

What You Need to Have:
- Proficiency with computers, including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Sign
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
The Musts:
- Experience in construction (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to approach problems both logically and creatively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with office equipment, including PCs, scanners, iPhones, and copy machines
Preferred:
- Experience in construction scheduling or project management
- Ability to prepare and lead weekly construction meetings
- Customer service experience, particularly in a construction environment
