Opening: Construction Project Manager
City: Tacoma, WA
WHO THEY ARE:
Outstanding opportunity with a local commercial developer in Pierce County. This company was found in 1949 with the their main principle being to never sacrifice quality work. This has been evident with the way they treat their employees and clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, vendors, bids, proposals, estimates and everything in between. You are responsible for managing and developing a team that can complete deadlines while upholding Westmarks standing of excellence.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
We are offering a starting salary of 75k/year, full benefits after 90 days.
Eligible for 401K after 1 year.
Standard 2 weeks vacation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
3-5 Years of experience a a Project Manager
Experience doing estimates
Worked with projects of up to $3,000,000 (Cradle to Grave)
