Specializing in insurance claim repairs, we collaborate closely with your adjuster to ensure our work accurately reflects both your needs and the terms of your policy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage construction projects to ensure all materials and supplies are ordered and delivered on-time and crews are scheduled to start the project per the construction schedule.
- Communicate with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure crews have what they need to be successful.
- Communicate with construction crews, in-house and subcontractors, to keep abreast of all needs and/or issues.
- Communicate with customers to resolve and/or prevent any issues with the construction process.
- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure scope of work falls within the customer’s policy.
- $75,000 – $100,000+ DOE

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Construction project management experience required
- Ability to be on a jobsite and help the team if needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Construction project management software experience
- Xactimate estimating software experience
- Must have excellent customer service
- Must have a strong attention to detail

We live near all our friends and family, and we love taking advantage of all that the Northwest has to offer. Like the rest of my family, I graduated from the University of Washington, and am a huge Huskies fan. Most of my free time is spent spending time with my family, but besides that, I am a big Mariners and Seahawks fan (Bring back our Sonics!), and I coach high school basketball, which is a passion of mine. I love helping kids develop both on and off the court, and find it very rewarding to see former players as they get older and grow into young adults. Since graduating from college, I have had a number of jobs, but none that I really loved – until I started at Opti. The amazing culture that has been established is what I’ve been looking for. I love being able to help so many people – the satisfaction that comes from making that perfect fit drives me to work every day.
