Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Anchorage, AK
Job Type: Full-time, 25% travel required
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, resource management, risk management, quality control, and safety compliance. The Construction Project Manager must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to ensure the successful completion of each project within the given timeline and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor and control project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ensure project safety and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and resolve any issues.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Provide timely and accurate project status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and maintain project records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
