WHO THEY ARE:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to support construction projects and ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. The successful candidate will have experience in construction maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs on construction sites.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, equipment, and structures.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular checks and repairs on construction equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in construction maintenance or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
