ABOUT OPTI STAFFING GROUP

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist crews with site preparation, material movement, and general job site tasks
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment
- Support carpenters, equipment operators, and skilled trades on active job sites
- Dig trenches, move materials, and assist with site clean up
- Use basic hand tools and power tools as directed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain organized work areas
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule by supporting daily crew operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a crew
- Previous construction or labor experience is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with basic tools or job site safety practices is a plus
- OSHA 10 or similar safety certifications are beneficial but not required
