OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Position: Construction Laborer
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $18–$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, Saturdays as needed | 3-month duration (may vary based on project needs)

What You’ll Do:

Operate mini excavators to set flowerpots and handholes
-
Perform physical labor: shovel work, lifting heavy materials, retrieving/moving items for operators
-
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
-
Clean job sites and assist as directed by the foreman
-
Report daily to an foreman/person

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

Experience operating a mini excavator
-
Able to lift heavy materials and perform labor-intensive tasks

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable transportation
-
PPE required: steel-toed boots, hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, rain gear (bring your own vest)
-
Experience with Hydro Vac operations
-
Familiarity with utility line locating
