City: Lake Oswego, OR
Pay: $27-$30+/hr. DOE
Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm

Local 3rd generation family-owned Construction company. Established 64 years ago, this company specializes in disaster restoration, as well as home/business remodels.

What You’ll Do:
A Construction Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations on a construction site. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. The Foreman leads a team of workers, communicates with project managers, and ensures compliance with all construction plans and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Interpret and implement blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Assign tasks and ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor work progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • Train and mentor workers to improve job performance and efficiency.
  • Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to report progress and address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project milestones.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+yrs experience as a Construction Foreman or similar leadership role in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with workers, management, and clients.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in using construction tools, equipment, and safety gear
